Wow, that's really upsetting. Not only is it really minimizing experiences, it's also a tactic for forcing survivors to report. (Which is, incidentally, the problem I have with any abortion laws/ideals that only allow for instances of sexual assault. It can be revictimizing and that's really not cool.)
